SHIPPING POLICY
IF A PACKAGE IS LOST AFTER WE SHIP IT, WHICH DOES OCCASIONALLY OCCUR, TRYBLUE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION LISTS THE ORDER AS “DELIVERED,” WHICH MEANS THE USPS DELIVERED THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED. PLEASE NOTE THAT TRYBLUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OF USPS OR IF YOU PROVIDE OR CONFIRM AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. IT THEREFORE IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE TO US IS EXACTLY CORRECT, AS ANY MISTAKE COULD DELAY DELIVERY AND WILL ENTAIL EXTRA EXPENSE TO YOU
What are my Shipping Options?
We ship USPS Priority Mail inside the United States.
When will my package be shipped?
We strive to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days.
When can I expect to receive my products?
Please use the estimates provided next to the shipping method to determine the approximate length of time for delivery of your order. Keep in mind that the times listed are ESTIMATES and the USPS does not guarantee an actual delivery date. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by issues with the carrier. Each package is insured up to $200 and you are able to purchase more coverage during checkout. It is your responsibility to FILE A CLAIM if the package does not arrive as per the USPS tracking information. If the package and product arrives damaged we may be able to file a claim for you and at that time will happily replace the damaged goods.
What if I never received my order?
Please contact us and we will make things right for you. The resolution may include added fees that are beyond our control. help@tryblue.org.
What can I do if my shipping address was entered incorrectly and the package is 'Returned to Sender'?
Please contact us immediately with the correct shipping address and we will issue an invoice for a 'Re-Ship' to send your package to your actual address. Re-Ship charges are $11.00 for orders less than $100 and $22.00 for orders $100 and over. This is to compensate for shipping out twice.
Will you ship to locations outside the United States?
No...we can only ship to a United States address.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We allow returns of unopened products for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. While these are natural ingredients, a person can have allergies to anything in nature. Know your allergies so you can make wise and empowered choices.
What to do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us at help@tryblue.org and we will resolve the issue.

How do I make a change to my order after it is complete?
Please email help@tryblue.org the minute you realize that a change needs to be made, and we will try to make the change before the order ships out. All change requests received after the product ships will be the responsibility of the customer and not TryBlue.
