More Health Benefits than an Entire Pharmacy

Black Cumin Seed Elixir

Black Cumin Seed, Black Caraway, “Blessed Oil ” or Black seed (Nigella sativa) comes from a plant native to South Asia, Europe and the Middle East. First recorded uses dates back to 3500 years ago and even mentioned several times as the curative “black cumin” in the Bible. (Isaiah 28:25,27). It’s one of the oldest and most potent health oils available, and for good reason.

Containing a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory called thymoquinone (its main active compound), it also contains iron, calcium, copper, zinc, thiamine, niacin, phosphorous and is a significant source of fatty acids, proteins and carbohydrates.

There has been many studies revealing the postive effects that thymoquinone has on fighting growth of cancerous cells making it beneficial in many different types, including cancerous cells caused by leukemia, breast cancer, brain tumors, pancreatic cancer, cervical cancer, oral cancer and more.

With its anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antioxidant effects it would be impossible for me to list all 700+ benefits but I will name a few.
