My ADHD is undefeated. As I get more responsibilities and run into new tasks, relying on my old coping mechanisms is not working. As someone who does not want to support Big Pharma, I have tried so many different things. Even have a "focus plan" to help...if I can concentrate enough to block out distractions and follow it 😅
Coffee doesn't solve all these problems.
TryBrain has been a great find and addition to my routine. I take it on my way to work and then a few times throughout the day.
