My ADHD is undefeated. As I get more responsibilities and run into new tasks, relying on my old coping mechanisms is not working. As someone who does not want to support Big Pharma, I have tried so many different things. Even have a "focus plan" to help...if I can concentrate enough to block out distractions and follow it 😅

My husband is the one that is using this product. His skin is looking better but still has a thing like a tag and it is just hanging there... So we are hoping that when he goes to this skin doctor it will fall off... Thank you for what you do to help people.
