I think it's helping. At first I was only using it when my knees were sore. That didn't help, and I had my doubts. I stopped using it. Then I decided to give it another try, and I've been taking Tryinflamation a few times a day, when I remember, at the very least some every day. I am finding most of the time my knees feel less sore, depending on what activities I've engaged in. Recovery after more strenuous activity seems quicker. I think it's a good product.
I will not ever be able to go without ordering the Dandelion. It has helped me so much for inflammation and just overall health benifits. I recommend this product
